declares and commits to following Safety policy:

- Eliminate the occurrence of work-related injury, occupational diseases and
damage to the health of our employees by increasing prevention
- Based on the assessment of risks and opportunities, we optimize safe work procedures,
the safety of technical equipment and monitor the hygiene of the working environment of production,
rest and canteen areas, including sanitation
- Achieve the set goals and to determine the necessary resources for that purpose
- Fulfill obligations arising from legal and other requirements, increase and
permanently improve the level of the OSH management system
- Increase awareness of potential work risks in order with our products and about improving activities
to eliminate hazards, physically demanding work and reducing risks and
subsequent emergency preparedness
- Provide framework for consultation and participation of workers by regularly meetings
of OH&S employees representatives

This policy is consistent with Delta's corporate Safety and Health policy and serves as a framework for setting measurable OHS objectives.
